Estate-Sale Event RULES:
1.ALL estate sale items are sold AS-IS – WHERE IS. We do not give refunds or make exchanges. 2.Payment is via CASH and/or Major Credit Cards ONLY – NO CHECKS - $15.00 Minimum for Credit Card Use. 3.We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals inside the property at any given time. 4.We reserve the right NOT TO serve any buyer, for any reason, at our discretion, and/or to ask any individual to leave. 5.Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING anywhere on our clients’ property. 6.Please manage your children. We break, WE cry – You break, YOU buy. 7.Do not affix SOLD tags to ANY merchandise – Tags must be applied by event staff, ONLY after full payment is received. 8.Entry to the sale is on a first come – first served basis. Position in line must be held by an individual, not an object. 9.Disputes regarding line positions will be mitigated by the event host, and will be binding and final. 10.No sales are or will be made to event staff-members before or during the sale event. 11.No Early or Late sales. All sales must be conducted between the posted hours for each sale event. 12.Some sales may be subject to pre-sale viewing and purchase – we will advise when we advertise the event. 13.Do not move sale items from one location to another, except to take them to the PAYMENT AREA. 14.PLEASE DO NOT PARK in a contiguous homeowners’ parking area, their driveway, yard, lawn, or restricted areas. 15.Please DO NOT BLOCK mailboxes of contiguous residents. 16.NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED inside the sale perimeter. 17.PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the sale perimeter, except for SERVICE ANIMALS as allowed by law. 18.We reserve the right to refuse any SERVICE ANIMAL that appears to pose a threat to other patrons. 19.NO PROFANITY 20.Proper attire is required within the sale perimeter. 21.The event staff IS NOT ALLOWED to help with loading and/or tie-down due to insurance regulations. 22.PLEASE come prepared with help and tie-down material for large purchases. 23.Event staff does not typically provide wrapping or boxing of items. Please be prepared. 24.All purchased items MUST BE REMOVED on the day of purchase unless other arrangements are made. 25.Please DO NOT adjust thermostats inside any of our clients’ property. 26.Please respect our clients’ property. Wipe your feet. Don’t sit on furniture with wet of dirty clothes. 27.Please DO NOT open doors or drawers. All items have been removed and displayed for sale. 28.If you wish to look at a “cased” item, please ask one of the event hosts to unlock it for you. 29.IF YOU STEAL FROM MY CLIENT – YOU WILL LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN A SHERIFF’S CAR! 30.By entering, you understand that we use concealed closed-circuit videotaping to aid in theft recovery. 31.To protect our clients’ privacy & property – Complete sale address is not listed until the evening prior to the event. 32.If buyer discrepancies arise, the decision of the event host is binding and final. 33.Finally, the host reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of any item prior to accepting payment.
